Target bird, leucistic Eastern Curlew (Numenius madagascariensis), showed up and showed out, but did not allow any closeups.

An amazing bird that leucistic Eastern Curlew! and great to get a photo of it.
Leucistic birds are especially interesting. We had a leucistic American Robin in our neighborhood this year.
