Great photo of the Barred Cuckoo Shrike a bird that unfortuately seems to have a range a bit to the north of us.
I don't see too many either, Ian. But they are reasonably common here in the ranges.
That's a great photo of the Barred Cuckoo-Shrike. Why would you push your luck and go looking for better?
Close-up tells a different story. Besides, always got to have another look around another corner.

I don't think it's such a "barred" picture either! Especially when I didn't know the bird existed 5 minutes ago (being from the southern states).
