Season's greetings to you too! Great photos and beautiful birds. I always admire your ability to take great photos of the birds. I have tried for years to take a photo of the little red-backed Fairy Wren showing all the colors PLUS a glint in the eye - and I haven't yet managed it!! Congrats!
Thank you, Mick, and festive greetings. I don't always chase any one species. And I often go without external flash. But for 2-3 mornings I pursued Red-backs and got a few decent frames. Opportunity+persistence+luck. You can do it!
