They're asking, where's the meat?

Back,but not fully fit, so a few recent birds on the theme of 'where's the meat?', leading off with White-browed Crake.

Sorry to hear that you're not fully fit - I hope you'll soon be back on your bike enjoying Tyto.

A lovely set of photos....Forest Kingfisher is very handsome, a good reminder not to take them for granted.

Lovely images. You passed up the chance to put a caption on the Black-necked Stork image.
Like those "spot the ball" images the Victorians love, I am puzzled if the Jabiru dropped a fish, missed a fish, or what caused the splash?

Hi Denis; v perceptive of you. Bird was carrying small snaked-necked turtle (I think). But finally gave up on carrying, dropping, c. d. c. d. etc

Head up for dragonfly, head off for fish head . . .

One moment it's dragonfly trying to dance on White-bellied Sea-Eagle's head, the next it's all go for fisher's discarded fis...
